Baby Kelsey's Arrival

We are proud to announce the arrival of Kelsey Elizabeth Barker, born on May 27th at 4:48 pm. She was 8 lbs, 6 oz, and 20 inches long. She is absolutely beautiful, but we are a little biased. Big brother Mac is so proud of her, and handling his transition very smoothly. For that, Todd and I are extremely grateful.

Holding daddy's finger.
Mac really getting his first good look at Kelsey.

Such a proud big brother!

Susan getting her turn to hold her.

Kelsey getting her bath.
She may as well get used to the camera being in her face.

Proud Daddy for the 2nd time!
Popeye getting a good look.

Grandpa getting his turn.
Nana and Grandpa helping Mac get another look.

Daddy with his 2 biggest loves. The Steelers are having to take a backseat. :o)
Cousin Katie loving on Kelsey.

Super-ultra proud and happy parents!

My beautiful little girl.
He was telling Kelsey "Don't cry, Baby Sister."

Giving her a little kiss on the cheek.
Preparing to head home from the hospital.

We are so proud to show her off!

Mac is tired of waiting....

Waiting for Baby Sister to get here, and Mac was just slap worn out!!! Like father, like son.

Easter

We went over to Mimi & Popeye's house this afternoon to hunt Easter Eggs and bake cupcakes with Sarah Beth & Will. You can tell he's still not feeling 100%.

He found the Elmo Egg!

Concentrating on his Easter Egg cupcake.

Popeye carrying him out to the car. You can tell he was exhausted.

Fernbank

A few weeks ago we went to Fernbank to see all the dinosaurs. Mac had a great time, but I think he was confused about why the dinosaurs were so big, and where did their skin go.

We actually got snow Sunday, which is rare here. All Mac wanted to do was throw snow balls.

Nightly Entertainment

Mac has now decided he really likes to run across the landing between our bedrooms. Usually Rooney gets in on the action, but not in this video. This is basically Mac just being Mac.
